Our rooms and any indoor spaces are non-smoking for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
Free parking and complimentary Nica-American breakfast are available to all our overnight guests according to the guest/fee schedule.
Most guest rooms are located on the second and third floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a shipping charge and may take up to at least 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room key ($20), books, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
Payment Policy
Our rates are based on single/double occupancy and includes complimentary breakfast. There are additional 17% VAT/City taxes added. Reservations are confirmed by 50% payment of your total reservation at the time of boking. Balance is due 2 weeks (13 days) prior to arrival date. A valid id must be presented at time of check in along with a credit card for any additional incidentals and room charges.
Cancellation Policy
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us and our entire staff greatly.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
EXCEPTION: Christmas week, New Year week and Santa Semana week reservations are paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable.
