Whale Watching

[vc_column_text]Only during a small annual window from January to March, can we take you on a boat to get a close look and a “million dollar”shot of the Humpback or Blue whale. Humpback whales migrate up to 25,000 Kilometers to the Pacific coast of Nicaragua to breed and give birth during the winter season before they leave again to the polar waters. Adults range in length from 12–16 m (39–52 ft) and weigh about 36,000 kg (79,000 lb). Males produce a complex song lasting 10 to 20 minutes, which they repeat for hours at a time. Its purpose is not clear, though it may have a role in mating. This is a species that was on the verge of extinction and is currently an endangered species.[/vc_column_text][vc_tta_tabs active_section=”1″][vc_tta_section title=”Cost” tab_id=”Costdd92-9e83da15-4cdaa6c6-2d26″][vc_column_text]
